Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using PhlexPhit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
PhlexPhit is a fitness and nutrition tracking platform that provides:
- Water, protein, and calorie tracking
- BMI calculation and fitness goal setting
- Food product barcode scanning and nutritional ratings
- Local gym discovery and cost comparison
- Social community features

The information provided by PhlexPhit, including BMI calculations, calorie recommendations, and fitness suggestions, is for informational purposes only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any diet, exercise program, or making changes to your health routine.
We do not provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations. If you have health concerns, please seek professional medical advice.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use PhlexPhit
- One person may not maintain more than one account
- You may delete your account at any time through Settings
User Content
You retain ownership of content you create, including posts and comments. By posting content, you grant PhlexPhit a license to display and distribute that content within the platform.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or infringe on others' rights.
Community Standards & Objectionable Content Policy
PhlexPhit has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.
You may not upload, post, share, or transmit any content that is:
- Illegal, or that promotes illegal activity
- Threatening, harassing, bullying, or intimidating toward any person
- Hateful or discriminatory on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or containing nudity
- Graphically violent or that glorifies violence
- Encouraging self-harm, disordered eating, or suicide
- Medical or health misinformation that could cause physical harm
- Spam, phishing, scams, or unsolicited commercial content
- An impersonation of another person or organization
- An infringement of anyone’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
Reporting
Every post and every comment includes a Report option accessible from the “⋮” menu. Reports are logged immediately and reviewed by our moderation team.
Blocking
You may block any user at any time via the same “⋮” menu on any of their posts or comments, or via a Block button on their profile page. When you block a user, their posts and comments are removed from your feed instantly and permanently until you choose to unblock them from Settings → Blocked users.
Our 24-hour moderation commitment
We act on every report of objectionable content within 24 hours. Content that receives multiple independent reports is automatically hidden pending human review, and users found to have posted objectionable content are subject to warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from PhlexPhit at our discretion.
To report content you cannot access in-app, or to report a serious safety concern, email legal@phlexphit.com. For emergencies involving imminent risk of harm, please contact your local emergency services first.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post false, misleading, or harmful content
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use automated systems to access the service
- Collect or store personal data about other users
- Circumvent moderation tools, including creating new accounts to evade a block or ban
Third-Party Services
PhlexPhit integrates with third-party services including:
- Open Food Facts: For product nutritional data
- USDA FoodData Central: For US grocery product nutritional data
- Gym listings: Information may come from third-party sources
We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data or the availability of third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhlexPhit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or health outcomes.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an announcement on the service. Continued use of PhlexPhit after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
